1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bd85" / "Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at bd85.io, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, games, and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bd85 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the bd85 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money BDT funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts awarded to a Player by bd85, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money or bonus-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or other betting market offered on the bd85 platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on bd85, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bd85 account at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bd85 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals held in those accounts. 2.3 Account Security

2.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your bd85 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts that hold only uncleared bonus funds at the time of closure may have those bonus funds forfeited.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bd85 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd85 does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit imposed by bd85 for standard accounts; however, bd85 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits at its discretion, particularly for responsible gaming purposes or following a KYC review. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

If the time limit expires before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bd85's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bd85's gross negligence or wilful misconduct. bd85's total aggregate liability to any individual player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days immediately preceding the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bd85 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd85 will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the bd85 website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bd85 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law and Disputes
